Crawfish Boil & Cajun Themed Buffet featuring Dustin Dale Gaspard
Come enjoy a good ol' fashioned Louisiana style crawfish boil and Cajun-themed sides buffet including red beans & rice, gumbo, Cajun corn Salad, cornbread, and more! We promise Executive Chef John and his team are going to cook up a feast! We'll serve you a heaping and healthy portion of Crawfish complete with corn and potatoes. The sides are all you can eat, and we'll also have beverages for you all to enjoy. Kids are welcome. All tickets are $50.00 regardless of age.
Tickets are pre-sale ONLY. Due to the fact that the crawfish is being flown in fresh from Louisiana, we must have everything ordered by NOON on Wednesday March 19th! Ticket sales will end at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, March 18th, so secure your spot by then! There will NOT be any tickets sold at the door for this event.
Here is what you need to know about the evening!
5:30 p.m. Doors Open
6:00 p.m. Sides goes out to the tables
6:15 p.m. Crawfish goes out to the tables.
7:00 p.m. -ish-ish When all is served, the crawfish doled out, the music starts. This year's music is none other than a Lousiana Bayou boy himself, Dustin Dale Gaspard!
7:45 p.m. Dessert is served.
If you want your fair share of Crawfish, we suggest being there by the time sides go out!
Sides are served family style. Crawfish Boil comes out in disposable third pans to each person. Chef comes around with refills!
